Life Lesson (Acts 15:11)

Grace is not just something we receive it is also something we give.

30 Well then, what shall we say about these things? Just this: The Gentiles have been made right with God by faith, even though they were not seeking him. 31 But the Jews, who tried so hard to get right with God by keeping the law, never succeeded. 32 Why not? Because they were trying to get right with God by keeping the law and being good instead of by depending on faith. They stumbled over the great rock in their path.

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.

9 But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Is this not the carpenter's son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas?

After this He went down to Capernaum, He, His mother, His brothers, and His disciples; and they did not stay there many days.

3 His brothers therefore said to Him, "Depart from here and go into Judea, that Your disciples also may see the works that You are doing.4 For no one does anything in secret while he himself seeks to be known openly. If You do these things, show Yourself to the world."5 For even His brothers did not believe in Him.

28 Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke fits perfectly, and the burden I give you is light."
